1. All Applications must be mailed and postmarked no later than April 1st. Please fill out the attached application completely. No late or incomplete applications will be considered.
2. Scholarship recipients will be notified in the spring of their current academic year. An awarded scholarship check will be mailed the following January after the student produces a transcript showing that they have successfully completed the fall semester as a full time student in an undergraduate program.
3. Attach to this application the following documents
a. Academic record to include class standing and or GPA
b. Financial need statement, Use FASPA or CSS, EFC ( attach the one page expected family contribution statement )
c. Please include any and all information pertinent to the application and other information the applicant would like the board to take into consideration.
d. Attach at least two references from your community, church, school or other.
